STUDENT INFO

LOOKING FOR HOST FAMILY FOR JAPANESE STUDENTS
The World Language Department is looking for three host families for three Japanese high school female students. The hosting period is from March 9th (Thursday) to March 25th (Saturday). Two students are allergic to cats, so we need two homes without cats. If you are interested in hosting, please contact Mr. Nori Ichizawa (J-269) as soon as possible.

THE VOICE KNOCK-OUT COMPETITION - JAN 27
The Voice Knockout competition will be held on January 27th from 6-9 PM in the auditorium. Sign up sheets will be placed in each commons area and the chorus room. Sign up now! Entry fee for performers and audience is $5.00 at the door. Sign ups end on January 23rd.

SOPHOMORE SST PROGRAM VISIT FORM
Any Sophomore that has not completed the SST Program visit form, please see Mrs. Fitzpatrick or Mrs. Soehner in Guidance to do so as soon as possible.

SENIOR SUPERLATIVES
Attention Seniors: this is a reminder to please submit your vote for the Senior superlatives.

QUARTER 3 DRIVER EDUCATION - JAN 23
Driver Education for Qt 3 begins Monday. All registered students should report to F283 at 2:30. There are a couple spaces available. Please contact Mrs Atwood in F280 if you are interested.

BENEFIT CONCERT FOR DEREK'S SMILE
Join us on February 10th from 6:00 - 9PM in the auditorium for a concert to benefit Derek's Smile. 3 Bands and loads of fun for $5 entry fee! We will also have a raffle for some great prizes- including a handmade teddy bear and a guitar. All proceeds will go to bring support (&smiles) to children who are hospitalized.

CLUB INFO

MANDATORY SAFETY MEETING FOR SUNDAY RIVER SKI TRIP
There will be a safety meeting after school on Friday, Jan 20, in Mr. Gile's room (F245) for students going on the Sunday River ski trip. Attendance is mandatory.

HAWKINS CLUB COLLECTING ITEMS FOR CROSSROADS HOUSE
Hawkins Feminist Club will be holding a supplies drive through Friday, Jan 20 for the Crossroads House in Portsmouth. Please donate personal hygiene items and non-perishable food items. Donation boxes can be found in each Commons Office as well as the Main Office.

PHOTOGRAPHY CLUB
Photography Club will not be meeting on Tues, Jan 17. The next meeting will be held afterschool on Jan 24.

DR. WHO CLUB MEETING
The Dr. Who Club will be meeting this Friday, Jan. 20th after school in room G-207 at 2:40 to 3:30. Come celebrate the end of exams and watch a Dr. Who episode. Refreshments will be provided.
