JAPANESE EXCHANGE STUDENTS LOOKING FOR HOST FAMILIES
The World Language Department is hosting 16 Japanese exchange students for two weeks in March, 2019, and is looking for two families with a female student and a male student. If you are interested in hosting a student, please contact the Japanese teacher (Room: J-269), Mr. Ichizawa as soon as possible.

DRIVER EDUCATION QUARTER 3
A few seats remain in the Driver education class for EHS Qt (3) beginning (Jan. 22nd) for students turning 15yrs & .9 months prior to (Jan. 22nd). Go to the EHS website or online Drivesafenh.com to register.

WINTER CARNIVAL
Winter Carnival Theme: Movie Franchises. The Class Officers and Senators will decide their franchise in Senate Wednesday, January 23rd. So if you have an idea talk to your Officers. Dress up days - Monday: Flannel Day, Tuesday: TV Tuesday, Wednesday: Meme Day, Thursday: Dress Like Your Commons, Friday: Class Colors Day - Freshman: Grey, Sophomores: Blue, Junior: White, Seniors: Black.

CLASS OF 2022 CLASS T-SHIRT SALE
The Class of 2022 will be selling their class t-shirts in the cafe next week, January 22 through the 25th during all lunches. Class Officers will be taking orders for t-shirts. They are $10 each. We will be accepting cash or checks. Checks should be payable to EHS Class of 2022. Any questions please see your class officers, Ms. McKenney or Ms. Gonsalves.

No school Monday, Jan 21 (Martin Luther King, Jr Day), Tuesday & Friday - 7 period days, Wednesday - ODD Block, Thursday - EVEN Block.

INTERACT CLUB
The Interact Club will meet on Tuesday morning, Jan 22, in Mr. Newman's room, G213. Your yearbook photo will be taken so please be on time.

ENVIRONMENTAL CLUB
Environmental Club will meet Thursday, Jan 24, after school in room G101. Your yearbook photo will be retaken at that time.

OUTING CLUB
Outing Club will meet Tuesday morning, Jan 22. Your yearbook photo will be taken so please be on time.

DEREK'S SMILE
Derek's Smile will meet in the school counseling office on Thursday, January 24 after school to launch the cards for hospitalized kids campaign.

FREE PROM DRESSES
The Prominence Boutique free prom dress event is happening February 9 and 10. Students can find their perfect prom dress and accessories absolutely free! There will also be free raffle tickets for lots of prom-related prizes. Admission is $1.00 and everyone is welcome. Saturday 11 AM - 7:00 PM and Sunday 12 Noon to 5 PM at Newmarket Community Church, 137 North Main Street, Newmarket, NH. If you have a prom dress to donate, please email: kmurphy2466@gmail.com.
